Over the past two decades, India’s private sector has been at the forefront of investments in Africa, contributing approximately $54 billion, which amounts to around 19% of Africa’s foreign direct investment. Key sectors for collaboration include pharmaceuticals, ICT and services, the automobile industry, and the power sector”, said Manik Batra, Chairman, ASSOCHAM J&K Council.
