The Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA) is set to announce the 16th edition of the PRINTPACK INDIA Exhibition. The event will be held from February 1-5, 2025, at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida.

With the entire ground floor space of the India Expo Mart already fully booked, IPAMA has recently constructed two additional hangars to accommodate the increasing demand from exhibitors.

To support participation from Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), IPAMA has offered exhibition spaces at highly subsidized rates, ensuring greater accessibility and reduced financial burden. A total of 576 companies have confirmed their participation, collectively showcasing advanced, affordable, and innovative printing and packaging machinery and products. The total display area will exceed 34,062 square meters.

Prominent participants include leading brands like Megabound, Bindwel, LinoOmatic, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Archies Ltd, Canon India Pvt. Ltd, Chemline India Ltd, Colorjet India Ltd, Everest Holivision Ltd, Kodak India, Fuji Film, NilPeter, Avery Dennison, Gemco Control Ltd, Kshitj Polyline Ltd, Minosha Ltd, Redington Ltd, Ruchi Organics Ltd, and more.

The exhibition’s international appeal continues to grow, with embassies from 12 countries promoting PRINTPACK INDIA 2025 on their official websites. Business visitors from 21 countries, including the USA, UK, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan, UAE, and Egypt, have already registered. The event is expected to attract over 125,000 visitors.

IPAMA’s marketing team has been actively promoting the event through roadshows, trade fairs, and industry gatherings across the country. A significant recent event was a roadshow in Kathmandu, Nepal, on December 13, 2024, which saw over 350 industry professionals in attendance.

Another key promotional event took place in Bengaluru on November 29, 2024, in collaboration with the Karnataka Offset Printers Association (KOPA).

Mr. Suresh Kumar, Treasurer of IPAMA, shared key insights about PRINTPACK INDIA, emphasizing its status as one of the leading exhibitions for the print and packaging industries. He highlighted the event’s role in showcasing innovations, creating networking opportunities, and driving industry growth.

In addition to the exhibition, a conference organized by the Association of Print Technologies (formerly NPES) will offer further opportunities for knowledge sharing and networking. Complimentary services for exhibitors and visitors, such as bottled water and shuttle services from the Botanical Garden Metro Station to the venue, will also be available.

International-standard facilities are being finalized to ensure a smooth experience for all participants. Senior members of IPAMA’s Governing Council will be on-site to make timely decisions as needed.
