8th Chamber Expo Set to Take Place from January 30 to February 3

The Nepal Chamber of Commerce is preparing to host the eighth edition of the “Chamber Expo 2025.” This five-day event will be held at Bhrikutimandap from January 30 to February 3. According to the Chamber of Commerce, the Expo aims to promote and market local products while fostering trade growth. Organized in partnership with the Trade and Export Promotion Center, under the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies, the annual Chamber Expo serves as a platform to strengthen trade and showcase local products.

The chamber has emphasized that its primary goal is to connect the business sector, with a particular focus on promoting Nepali products. Rastra Bhusan Chakubaji, Chairperson of the Chamber Expo Committee, noted that the involvement of regional and international business communities would enhance interaction, allowing them to gain insights into ongoing economic activities, technological advancements, and new approaches to trade management on the global stage.

The Chamber Expo will feature businesses and product exhibitions from Nepal, Bangladesh, India, China, Thailand, UAE, South Korea, Malaysia, Pakistan, and other nations.

The event will showcase a diverse range of products, including handicrafts, vehicles, real estate, food and beverages, clothing, textbooks, jewelry, cosmetics, construction materials, items from small and cottage industries, electronic devices, and other consumer goods.

Over 200 stalls, both domestic and international, will be set up at the expo. Rastra Bhusan Chakubaji, coordinator of the Expo Committee of the Nepal Chamber of Commerce, mentioned that the five-day event is expected to attract at least 50,000 visitors.
