The Adventure Tour Operators Association of India (ATOAI) announces its 16th Annual Convention, scheduled to take place from December 3rd to 8th, 2024, in the stunning landscape of Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh. This year’s theme, “Exploring Arunachal Pradesh: India’s Last Shangri-La,” emphasizes the immense potential for adventure tourism in this breathtaking region.
The convention aims to provide a unique platform for knowledge sharing and networking, while also showcasing the rich adventure tourism opportunities available in Arunachal Pradesh. ATOAI is collaborating closely with the government of Arunachal Pradesh to ensure that the event promotes responsible and sustainable tourism practices.
“We envision India ranked among the top ten global destinations for adventure tourism,” said the ATOAI President. “This convention is not only a celebration of our collective efforts but also a crucial step toward achieving this ambitious goal.
